Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon Montreal chicken seasoning
  • 2 teaspoons kosher salt
  • 1 teaspoon granulated garlic
  • ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 2 tablespoons neutral oil (like canola, sunflower, vegetable, grapeseed, or olive oil)
  • 1 whole chicken (3-4 pounds)

Instructions
